Modifying the default character set of mysql configuration file will not take effect after restarting.

1, mysql Chinese garbled problem, in the sql connection tool, the front-end display of Chinese content is normal, utf8 code, but I use secureCRT to connect to mysql on the machine, then select out is garbled
If you use mysl-uroot-proot-default-character-set = utf8 connection, it will display normally.

If you confirm that mysql’s own encoding setting is correct and the stored data is normal in Chinese, shouldn’t you modify the character encoding displayed in SecureCRT terminal configuration?
