Why didn’t iOS push show push message push for a day and didn’t see a message?

I use the development mode for the remote push of iOS. if I can get the deviceToken, I can’t get the push message. how can a PHP push code on the internet display the push message?
I am using Xcode7.3 iOS9.3

I don’t see any problem. Please turn on your device and push it. Can your device receive the push from other app (we have a test machine that seems to be refurbished and can never be received). Use itPushMeBabyTry it.
