The back-end template is separated from the project

  node.js, question

The front and back codes of the old project are in a project inside. Now I want to separate the project. One project at the back and one project at the front.
The template still uses the back-end template and is placed in the back-end project inside. However, the js path with hash generated by the front-end project through the construction tool should be written into the back-end template. should the front-end project also put a back-end template and copy and paste it back and forth?

Isn’t the back end only providing data API and the front end rendering? Your templates have been placed in the back end and can be directly rendered into html. What does the front end do? This separation of the front and rear ends is not understood.
