Today, I applied for a piece of Alibaba Cloud, installed node on it, linked the server with a terminal, and wrote a code to open an http server. However, the terminal on my computer quit, and the server could not be accessed. How about this? Alas, how uncomfortable was the first day of learning linux?
Node programs can consider installing forever on the server and then using
forever start your_js_file.jsStart, then you can use forever list to view the running program, and forever stop to stop the process.
The more common method is to start the process by using nohup command, but the disadvantage is that it will not restart automatically when the program stops.
