 root@tuucai:/var/discourse# service docker.io status
 docker.io stop/waiting
 root@tuucai:/var/discourse# service docker.io start
 docker.io start/running, process 13742
 root@tuucai:/var/discourse# ln -sf /usr/bin/docker.io /usr/local/bin/docker
 root@tuucai:/var/discourse# nano containers/app.yml
 root@tuucai:/var/discourse# ./launcher bootstrap app
