“?”in Ruby Use of operators

if next_move.include?   "0" or next_move.include?  "1"
 xxxxxxx
 end

I don’t quite understand what I see here in learning Ruby in a stupid way.

Not an operator, in ruby? Can be used in the function name, said a judgment, such asinclude?Is it include?
