Ruby Small White Problem: Trigonometric Operator Problem

  question, ruby
age = 27
 word = "age = #{age}"
 if age > 20 ?  puts(word) : "no , no"

The code above, what I want to do, obviously, is a simple condition for judging execution.
But there was an error in the operation.

./start.rb:171: syntax error, unexpected end-of-input, expecting keyword_then or ‘;’ or ‘n’
0 ? puts(word) : “Oh ,no , no”

How? With a little explanation, it would be better.

if then endAll of these are required. Writing only if is a grammatical mistake.
