Vim opens the file in the specified syntax coloring format, or the file is already opened, and the syntax format needs to be specified

  question, vim

When opening the resin configuration file, it is hoped that the file can be colored in xml format. However, since the suffix of the configuration file on the server is conf, vim does not have syntax highlighting. Is there any way to specify xml format syntax to open the file?

The current method is to copy the configuration file and change its suffix to xml view. But I’d like to know if there is any way not to be so troublesome.

Use:setf xmlOr:setfiletype xml(complete)
