curl: (35) error:14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert handshake failure

I don’t know how to solve it.

You should upgrade your openssl and other libraries. SSLv3 is disabled due to security vulnerabilities, so you need an SSL/TLS library that supports TLSv1.0, TLSv1.1, or TLSv1.2 to access the vast majority of up-to-date websites in the world.
