Why can the docker container still run after it is stopped and the web address bound to the container is opened with the browser?

  docker, question

Background: x64 win10 Professional Edition System, Using docker for windows, Version 18.03.0-ce
1. Pull the mirror image of 2048 games from the official warehouse;
2, through the command:

docker run -d -p 127.0.0.1:5080:80 alexwhen/docker-2048

Open the container and bind it to the local address 127.0.0.1:5080;
3. The container can be accessed normally after the browser opens 127.0.0.1:5080;
4. Through the stop command, the newly opened container is closed by its ID, but after closing, it can still enter the small game page after opening 127.0.0.1:5080 through the browser. The page cannot be accessed until the container is deleted. Why? ? ?
